Booking / Training Information

Additional Information:

• Participants are provided with a detailed course manual .

• Free off street parking is provided next door to the training suite.

• Morning or afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits are provided for ½ day courses, lunch is also provided for full day courses.

• A single participant for any course may, on request, be upgraded to a one-on-one course but this will incur an extra charge.  

• Please confirm at time of booking if you wish to be re-scheduled if only single participant.

• A minimum of three participants is required for a course to proceed as scheduled and quoted.  If the minimum number is not achieved and One to One training is not agreed on, then trainees will be rescheduled for the next available course.

 Cancellation fees are as follows:

• If a confirmed participant for a course cancels within four working days prior to the course date, the cancellation fee will be $100.00 (plus GST).

• If a confirmed participant for a course cancels within two working days prior to the course date, the cancellation fee will be the total cost of the course (plus GST).
